  • All Job costing information is extracted from Timberline
  • Job costing information is frozen by month/period which allows you to perform WIP calculations and Forecasting
  • Information about jobs is presented by month/period  - Facilities to apply adjustments in a period to key job values (contract value, billing, commmitments, actual costs) to reflect accurate information about the position of the jobs. Audit reports are available to identify adjustments entered in a period
  • Forecasting is done by entering detailed lines about pending/forecast activities and identify the lines as provisions or contingencies
  • Complete Subcontract Payments Management including functionality that conforms with Australian Building and Constructon Industry Payments Act.

 

inSynergySuite – Reports Portal (web application)

  • Generate reports in a question of seconds rather than minutes/hours,
  • Access to reports is controlled by permissions,
  • Several Crystal reports already prepared that gather information from extracted data stored in MS SQL,
  • Generate the reports as PDFs, excel spreadsheets or Word documents.  - You are able to integrate your own Crystal reports.

  • The timesheet details are extracted in a text file suitable to be uploaded via Timberline Payroll – Import Timesheets,
